While our Team Training sessions are great for fat loss and cardio conditioning, our small group personal training is all about strength. We'll focus on lifting weights, building lean muscle, improving performance, and gaining real confidence in a supportive, small group setting of 4-10 people.
In these sessions, we focus on lifting weights, getting stronger, and building confidence. You'll never feel lost, you'' never get bored, and you'll always know you're being challenged the right way. And yes...It's fun too.

If you've ever wanted the attention of a personal trainer but felt like the cost was way out of your reach...this is for you. Our Semi-Private Personal Training gives you the same individualized coaching you'd get in a one-on-one session, but as a fraction of the cost.
Here's how it works: you'll train in a very small group of no more than 3-4 people. That means you still get a program built just for you, plus a coach watching your form, adjusting your workouts, and keeping you accountable every step of the way. The bonus? You'll also get support and encouragement of others who are on the same journey. We'll cover it all: Your workouts. Not to mention, with semi-private personal training you also get individualized nutrition coaching included and built in accountability with your coach and our software.
