TEAM TRAINING

At Truth 4 Fitness, Team Training gives you the energy of a group with the coaching of a real training program. You are not walking into random workouts, loud music, and a coach just counting reps. You are stepping into a structured system designed to help you move better, get stronger, burn fat, build endurance, and feel more capable in everyday life.

Every week has a purpose. Our workouts are built in phases so you can actually see progress instead of guessing if the program is working. Some days focus on strength. Some days focus on conditioning. Some days help you move, recover, and breathe better. And our Hurricane sessions bring it all together with a coached challenge that helps you build both physical and mental toughness.

But the biggest difference is the coaching.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

This is where strength becomes personal.

Small Group Personal Training gives you a more coached, focused training experience without the cost of one on one personal training.

These sessions are built for people who want to get stronger, build lean muscle, improve confidence, and finally feel like they know what they are doing with weights. You will train in a small group of 4 to 10 people, but the coaching still feels personal. We watch your form, help you choose the right weights, adjust movements when needed, and make sure you are progressing safely.

This is not random lifting. Each program is designed to help you build strength over time, so you can see real progress instead of just sweating through another workout.

And because lasting results do not come from one piece of the puzzle, we connect your strength training with conditioning, nutrition, habits, and lifestyle coaching. That means you are not just getting stronger in the gym. You are learning how to support your results outside of it too.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal coaching built around you, without doing it alone.

Semi Private Personal Training is our most personalized coaching option for people who want more than a workout. This is for the person who needs a clear plan, closer attention, nutrition guidance, accountability, and a coach who actually knows what is going on in their life.

You will train in a small setting of no more than 3 to 4 people, but your program is still built around your body, your goals, your schedule, and your starting point. That means your coach can help you move better, choose the right exercises, adjust when life gets busy, and make sure you are progressing in a way that makes sense for you.

This is where we bring everything together. Strength training, conditioning, nutrition coaching, habit support, accountability, and guidance outside of the gym. Because real change does not happen from one good workout. It happens when your plan supports the way you live Monday through Sunday.

And we know life does not always fit neatly inside a gym schedule. That is why Semi Private Personal Training also includes support for the days you are not with us. Traveling? Busy week? Schedule flipped upside down? We help you stay connected to the plan instead of falling off and starting over again.
